Are you ready to shape global customs and trade compliance processes in a dynamic, international team? In this role, you help make sure all activities follow customs, sanctions, and export control rules as well as Hilti's policies. You get to work with teams around the world, share your expertise, and drive compliance improvements at every level.
Your tasks
- Ensure all global activities align with customs, sanctions, and export control regulations and Hilti's internal compliance rules
- Coordinate the rollout of Hilti's global trade compliance framework across regional organizations
- Support governance responsibilities under lead business structures
- Provide expert guidance and training to help everyone understand and follow compliance requirements
What you bring
- Master's degree in logistics, international trade, industrial engineering, law, or a related field
- Experience in customs or global trade compliance, ideally in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with Swiss, EU, and US export control laws is preferred
- Experience working with legal, procurement, or audit teams
- Skilled in building governance and risk management frameworks
- Proficient in MIC trade compliance software and SAP S/4HANA
- Good English and German skills
- Strong communicator and team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
- Project management experience in a cross-functional and global setting
