As a Global Product Manager, you will play a key part in a dynamic, international team, defining and managing your product portfolio for the global market according to Hilti’s strategy and priorities. You will interact daily with development, supply, quality management, logistics, and markets around the world to bring differentiated products and services to life for customers. This full-time position is available as soon as possible, with up to 20% required travel.
Tasks
- Drive a product portfolio in Business Unit Anchors to achieve market leadership and act as the business owner of your portfolio.
- Define and develop the strategy and roadmap to address contractors' and specifiers' pain points in anchoring for construction trades.
- Work continuously with customers, marketing and sales colleagues globally, and development teams.
- Analyze customers’ needs to shape the vision of new products.
- Build marketing strategies in preparation for product launches and collaborate with marketing colleagues in sales organizations to drive sales of the existing portfolio.
- Serve as the voice of and to the market organization for the Business Unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; MBA or business education is a plus.
- 5+ years in the construction industry as a structural/design engineer or project manager; experience in engineering consultancy preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems and translate data into actionable business solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively in matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- International mindset with willingness for global mobility.
