Lead the strategic transformation of our global manufacturing network by shaping footprint strategy, driving operational excellence, and steering high-impact initiatives that make our company more competitive and resilient. In this global role, you influence the agenda, work closely with executive leaders, and own programs where strategy, operations, and innovation come together. This is a full-time position starting February 1, 2026, with up to 20% travel required.

Your tasks

  • Own all strategic initiatives across Global Manufacturing ET&A, including footprint strategy, cost reduction programs, production system evolution, and enterprise-level transformation projects.
  • Drive initiatives such as China Strategy, restructuring programs, capability building, and resilience development to ensure long-term operational excellence and clarity.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of Business Developers, Project Managers, and Program Managers, fostering problem solving and high performance.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Global Head Manufacturing ET&A, aligning priorities and translating strategy into action.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Collaborate with Smart Manufacturing and GM F&P teams to shape future manufacturing systems, accelerate digital and lean maturity, and set modern production standards globally.
  • Create measurable business value by improving efficiency, enabling growth, and strengthening the manufacturing footprint for future challenges.

What you bring

  • Master’s degree in engineering, physics, industrial management, or a related field (PhD is a strong advantage).
  • Over 10 years of experience in operations, transformation, production strategy, or manufacturing excellence; top-tier consulting background is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional strategic programs in global environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and explain complex topics simply.
  • Experience in driving strategic transformations, operational excellence initiatives, and organizational change at scale.
