Are you ready to explore the world of supply chain and operational excellence? At Hilti, you get the chance to work on exciting projects in Lean Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Products at our Plant in Schaan. You will learn how a multinational company runs and improves its supply chain, helping to make our operations faster and better. Start date is flexible to your availability, and the internship lasts at least 6 months.
Your tasks
- Work on projects to improve supply planning, value-stream optimization, and data analytics for our plant
- Use lean methods like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen to make processes faster and reduce waste
- Run time and motion studies and analyze data to find and solve problems
- Conduct spend analysis, source suppliers, and help with contract negotiations in procurement
- Monitor supplier performance and help shape the global procurement strategy
- Support logistics by reporting on KPIs, following up with suppliers, and helping with inventory and delivery processes
- Join projects to improve logistics and set new standards in the plant
- Develop and test digital solutions for business processes, working with IT and analyzing user needs
What you bring
- Currently studying for a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or (business-) engineering
- Excellent communication skills in German or English
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office
- Self-motivated, responsible, and good at managing your work
- Passion for process development and a hands-on approach
- Eager to learn and driven to succeed
