Join the Sourcing Excellence Department in Schaan, Liechtenstein, and become part of a global in-house consulting team focused on Supply Chain Management. You help Business Units and Plants use tools, methods, and training to make their operations leaner, more sustainable, and more effective. The start date is flexible, and the internship lasts 9 to 12 months.
Your tasks
- Drive digitalization, standardization, and sustainability for Supply Chain at Hilti and its suppliers worldwide.
- Work with teams in Procurement, Logistics, IT, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and external consultants.
- Lead projects on compliance and risk management, purchasing process improvements, supplier ERP integrations, data science and frontier technologies (like AI), and life cycle assessment for sustainability.
- Support with training and technical help for suppliers and colleagues.
- Get coaching and training from your manager and team to support your professional and personal growth.
- Gain exposure to Senior Management and connect with a strong community of interns.
What you bring
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program for the full internship period (students writing a thesis are welcome).
- You have a background or experience in Engineering, Business, Economics, Informatics, or Logistics.
- Skills with tools like Office 365, SAP, Ariba, SAP Business Network, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, PreWave, Integrity Next, Python, Matlab, SQL, or Low Code are a plus.
- You speak English fluently; German skills are a plus.
