Join our Procurement Team at Hilti and gain hands-on experience in sourcing activities for the Business Unit Measuring. Based in our global headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, you work with cross-functional project teams to procure goods and services that meet high standards for quality, specifications, and timelines. This internship gives you real-world experience in a global, innovative environment and lets you contribute to projects that drive operational excellence. Start date is flexible and fits your academic schedule, with a minimum duration of 6 months preferred.
Your tasks
- Help create and manage Purchase Orders
- Support invoice handling and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and quality
- Contribute to process improvements and procurement projects
What you bring
- You are enrolled in a Master’s program (preferably Engineering, especially Electronics, Economics, or Supply Chain Management; others considered) for the entire internship
- You pay attention to details and can create error-free Contracts and Purchase Orders
- You are confident analyzing data and making presentations
- You have strong communication and logical thinking skills to work with multiple stakeholders
- You are fluent in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus
