Join a passionate team in the Power Tools and Accessories Business Unit, where you help develop and support some of the world’s top construction tools. The internship lasts 6 months, with an option to extend.
Your tasks
- Support the project management team on new product development projects
- Analyze data and track activities to keep projects on course and transparent
- Help improve project management processes, systems, and standards
- Conduct gap analyses and assist with developing, training, and rolling out improvements
- Support experts in project execution and contribute to organizational development
- Prepare recommendations and business cases for decision-making
- Work with key internal partners to communicate progress and enable good decisions
- Limited travel within Europe may be part of this role
What you bring
- Enrollment in an MBA or Master’s program in engineering or a technical field (preferred)
- About one year of relevant work experience is ideal
- Fluency in English
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking with a practical mindset
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
