You help with the global rollout of IWMS/CAFM software Planon. You get to work with real estate and facility management and learn how to handle complex projects and improve company processes. The start date is flexible and the internship lasts 3 to 6 months.
Your tasks
- You join the IWMS/CAFM project team and help with software rollouts for real estate and facility management.
- You design and set up data collection systems to track energy use.
- You support the team in making automated Power BI reports for useful insights.
- You prepare and add master data, making sure it is correct and consistent.
- You help connect third-party systems for smooth data exchange.
- You use sensor technology to watch and analyze how spaces are used in real time.
- You help make operations more efficient and support new technology for our buildings.
- You can also write your bachelor or master thesis in this field later on.
What you bring
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Real Estate/Facility Management, IT, or business administration during the internship.
- You know how to use MS Office and like working with IT tools.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You communicate well and work well with others.
- You work independently and take responsibility.
- You think about processes and want to make them better.
- You speak and write English well. German is a bonus.
- Knowing SAP is a plus but not required.
