Your tasks
- Be a full member of a small, focused team shaping company strategy and strategic projects
- Get daily direction from a Corporate Development Manager and collaborate with experts
- Interview experts and stakeholders to find challenges and suggest solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to test your ideas
- Evaluate strategic options and recommend next steps
- Present your findings and suggestions to senior management
- Keep key stakeholders informed and help them make decisions
- Identify what makes projects successful and create a roadmap for implementation
- Work on projects like new business models, long-term strategic plans, Industry 4.0, M&A, market entry, and more
What you bring
- Enrolled in a European MBA or Master’s program at a top school during the internship (MBA a plus)
- At least 1.5 years of work experience (including longer internships)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a practical mindset
- Confident in sharing your ideas and supporting them with facts and analysis
- Experience in customer industries or professional services is a plus
