This full-time job is available now and can be based in Schaan, Liechtenstein or Kaufering, Germany.
Your tasks
- Build strong candidate pipelines to find and hire top talent over time
- Own the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Define and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for your area
- Communicate clearly with hiring teams, candidates, and managers about the process and timelines
- Act as a true business partner to stakeholders and share market insights
- Advise on talent markets and bring local job market knowledge
- Create talent pools and keep future candidates engaged
- Set and track key metrics to measure pipeline and hiring success, including DE&I impact, team engagement, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness
What you bring
- Several years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or agency recruiting with international exposure
- Proven ability to source, build talent pipelines, and hire in an international setting
- Collaborative and strategic mindset with strong partnership skills
- Independent work style and a drive to get things done
- Fluent in English and German
