Your tasks
- Take full ownership of global credit risk by building strong, forward-looking frameworks to improve portfolio quality across regions.
- Advance models for Expected Loss and Probability of Default to provide insights for senior leadership and guide important decisions.
- Drive improvements through smarter segmentation and proactive risk management.
- Secure liquidity and optimize risk exposure using reliable cash forecasts, disciplined liquidity steering, and informed hedging.
- Shape refinancing strategies and translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Work as a strategic partner with high visibility and collaborate internationally to support Hilti’s financial resilience and growth.
What you bring
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in treasury, banking, or financial risk roles.
- Proven experience in credit risk management, such as leasing, lending, or financial services, with strong knowledge of portfolio analytics and risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into clear actions; experience with Excel, BI tools, or treasury systems.
- Good understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and risk mitigation; familiar with FX and interest rate environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work across functions in an international setting.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and able to drive initiatives with an ownership mindset.
