Be part of a team that drives growth, manages risk, and supports a global market leader. In this role, you make sure the organization has enough cash every day, forecast cash flow, manage banking relationships, and handle financial risks. You help keep our capital structure strong, use cash efficiently, and follow all controls and regulations. You are part of the headquarters' front office and work closely with the Head of Treasury.

Your tasks

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure enough liquidity across all entities
  • Work with Systems and Project Managers in the Treasury Team, contribute to and lead Treasury projects
  • Follow internal policies and financial or IT controls
  • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Manage relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms
  • Oversee bank account structures, signatories, and transaction controls
  • Identify and reduce financial risks, including FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks
  • Support risk management strategies and carry out financial instrument execution
  • Help manage corporate debt, credit facilities, and investments
  • Make sure all internal and external reporting requirements are met, including preparing treasury reports for senior management and auditors

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous corporate treasury experience preferred, ideally in an industrial or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, FX, banking, and financial instruments
  • Experience with Treasury systems (such as FIS Integrity, TIS, 360T, Bloomberg) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
