You support and take care of international guests and crews at our exclusive business aviation facilities in Zurich. You make sure every visitor feels welcome and gets the best service from arrival to departure.

Your tasks

  • Welcome and interact with owners, passengers, and crews of private aircraft
  • Help with valet parking, porter service, and handling luggage to and from the aircraft
  • Be the first point of contact and a friendly host at the reception desk
  • Take care of guests in the exclusive lounge area
  • Drive passengers and crews between airside and landside locations
  • Support flight crews and customers with hotel, transport, catering, customs, and other service requests
  • Handle requests by email and phone in German and English, and enter data in our software (FBOone)
  • Book airport slots using the online system OCS
  • Prepare flight documents for crews
  • Communicate clearly with customers, authorities, and suppliers
  • Keep lounges clean and tidy
  • Meet and exceed customer wishes by responding quickly and anticipating needs
  • Offer and sell extra services to customers
  • Share customer feedback with your supervisor and help improve our service
  • Support your team and help out with other tasks as needed

What you bring

  • Experience in high-class hospitality is a plus; aviation experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in German (good understanding of Swiss German is a plus)
  • Other languages like French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic are a benefit
  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • Friendly, charming, and positive attitude
  • Impeccable manners and strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of quality and service for high-end clients
  • Willing to work shifts (5:40 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., 7 days a week)
  • Good mental and physical health, able to work under pressure
  • Work well both independently and in a multicultural team
  • Teamwork comes naturally to you
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and web applications
