Are you excited about aviation and love helping people? You can join the Customer Service team in Basel for 6 months and get hands-on experience in a global company. You will work with experts, support daily operations, and help make our customers' journeys smooth and enjoyable.
Your tasks
- Welcome customers at our new headquarters in Basel and make sure they feel comfortable
- Help improve and set up internal processes and daily procedures
- Support subtenants with their daily needs and make sure the facilities run well
- Assist the Customer Service Department with different tasks and projects
- Work on making our service and workplace even better
What you bring
- You are enrolled in a study program like Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a similar field
- You have experience in reception, front office, or hospitality jobs
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- You want to help improve how things are done
- You learn quickly, think ahead, and can work alone
- You communicate well and focus on helping others
- You speak English well; French or German is a plus
