Your tasks
- Keep contracts updated and correctly organized in the digital contract tool
- Upload and arrange missing documents to ensure compliance and traceability
- Watch over contract obligations such as annual fees and other conditions
- Help move documents from shared folders to SharePoint for better teamwork and control
- Support task automation using Excel macros and the ServiceNOW ticketing system
- Create and manage contract records in SAP ERP
- Do market benchmarks for materials and services
- Start Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and analyze responses for price, quality, and lead times
- Help with supplier negotiations
- Support the design and use of new KPIs to show department performance and improvement areas
- Analyze data, define KPIs, set targets, and build a framework for data-driven decisions
What you bring
- Currently studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (must be enrolled during the entire internship)
- First experience in SCM is preferred
- Strong interest in digital tools and improving processes
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP and SharePoint experience is a plus
- Analytical, with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; German and French are an asset
