Your tasks
- Independently carry out inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Take responsibility for your work, ensuring it always meets top safety and quality standards.
- Spot problems, report defects, and help your team fix issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep clear and accurate records of all work to meet regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with team members, leads, and supervisors to keep aircraft ready and operations smooth.
What you bring
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance License B1 (EASA, FAA, or equivalent) with Airbus A320 type rating.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, especially with Airbus A320.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety rules and quality standards.
- Ability to work well under time pressure and keep attention to detail.
- Great problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
