On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join a private BBJ operation based in Bratislava. This is a single Flight Attendant operation suited to a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented individual who is able to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and onboard presentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a premium experience for principals and guests, ensuring exceptional service, strong attention to detail, and consistent support of all onboard safety and service requirements.
Tasks
- Support the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations while ensuring all onboard safety standards and regulatory requirements are consistently maintained.
- Provide a high-end, discreet, and personalized service experience for principals and guests, creating a professional, welcoming, and refined onboard environment aligned with private aviation standards.
- Complete all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent cabin presentation, cleanliness, inventory management, and overall readiness at all times.
- Manage catering arrangements, stock control, and onboard service delivery in accordance with company standards and passenger expectations, with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Complete all required operational documentation in line with company procedures and maintain all personal travel and operational documents in current and valid status.
- Work independently and take full ownership of the cabin environment, demonstrating discretion, flexibility, and sound judgment in a private flight setting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in private, corporate, or business aviation, with an understanding of the service and operational expectations of a highly personalized flight environment.
- Previous First Class and/or Business Class service experience with an international airline is essential.
- Exceptional service standards, strong attention to detail, and a polished, professional presence.
- Discreet and reliable approach, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing all cabin responsibilities independently.
- Strong organizational skills, structure, and ability to maintain high standards across multiple responsibilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid passport and ability to obtain and maintain required international visas.
- Willing and able to work a full standby roster, including weekends, public holidays, extended duty periods, and time away from home in line with operational needs.
- Calm, adaptable, and professional approach in a dynamic setting.
