Join a skilled team where you use woodworking and veneering expertise to create custom, lightweight furniture for luxury aircraft interiors. You will work in a modern facility, using 3D digital models to build high-quality, detailed designs that meet the highest standards of customization and safety. Your attention to detail helps deliver elegant, functional furnishings that match engineering needs and safety rules. Choose from two shifts: a day shift (Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:15) or a late shift (Monday to Thursday, 14:00 – 23:00).

Your tasks

  • Assemble interior components like cabinets, galleys, vanities, toilets, bulkheads, tables, and divans.
  • Follow engineering drawings and process specifications for basic and advanced assembly work.
  • Install hardware such as drawer slides, hinges, and latches; apply laminates and veneers.
  • Work with the systems integration team to support smooth production and project goals.
  • Communicate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Disassemble, modify, and repair parts according to company procedures and aviation rules.
  • Ensure all parts are traceable, protected, and follow company processes.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and keep them in good condition.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines, using personal protective equipment.
  • Support aircraft installation by preparing and sending parts for finishing or treatment.
  • Help with installation or modifications on the aircraft under supervision.
  • Meet targets and finish tasks on time.

What you bring

  • Cabinet Maker apprenticeship with matching qualifications or similar hands-on experience, ideally in aviation or a high-precision field.
  • Experience at Cabinet Shop Technician Support level and partly at Technician Level 1.
  • Good at reading and understanding 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Skilled with measuring tools and basic math.
  • Familiar with aerospace materials, adhesives, and bonding techniques.
  • Self-motivated, works well alone and with others.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on high quality.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); knowledge of SmarTeam, Catia V5 (Viewer), and Fanuc programming language is a plus.
  • English language skills at least B1 level; other languages are a plus.
