The HR Business Technology team is responsible for maintaining and developing a state-of-the-art HR technology landscape and delivering employee data to HR and other bank applications. This involves close partnership with stakeholders across the bank to support them in maintaining employee records at the highest quality and accuracy.
Tasks
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the Workday HCM system with a broad, cross-functional perspective
- Support and consult business SMEs in all questions related to the functional area of your SME role
- Take ownership for the technical stability, configuration, and further development of the Workday tenant
- Develop and continuously improve the Workday system along business and regulatory needs
Requirements
- Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar
- Profound knowledge in various modules in Workday HCM, preferably in Core HCM, Recruiting and/or Security
- Proven experience in coordinating HR technology initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, risk and issue handling
- Several years of proven hands-on experience in the configuration of Workday HCM
- Any Workday Pro certification would be an asset
- Ability to quickly understand existing system setups and take over ongoing responsibilities
