Tasks
- Analyse end-to-end client and business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven re-design and enhanced efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to re-imagine end-to-end journeys, challenge assumptions, build compelling value hypotheses, and ensure readiness for implementation.
- Support the successful implementation of prioritised AI use cases, ensuring business outcomes are delivered.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field (graduation max. 12 months ago).
- Initial practical experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position.
