Deine Tasks
- Maintain and improve purchasing and accounts data in the ERP system
- Plan, process, and manage purchase proposals and order components, considering lead times
- Monitor open orders and resolve differences in price, quantity, and delivery dates
- Ensure materials are available when needed and manage inventory
- Act as the main contact for suppliers and coordinate internally with sales, assembly, development, and logistics
- Implement cost-saving measures and get quotes together with strategic purchasing
- Create and monitor quantity contracts, price trends, and contract periods
Was du mitbringst
- Technical education or strong technical understanding
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing and supplier management
- Further training in purchasing (for example, Swiss certified purchaser or similar)
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Analytical, cost-conscious, structured, and strong communication skills
