Deine Tasks
- Develop and implement local procurement strategies that match global group strategies in close cooperation with Group Procurement.
- Steer and improve the supplier network to ensure cost optimization, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Lead complex contract and price negotiations and drive cost-down and optimization programs.
- Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities, including support for make-or-buy decisions.
- Advance data-driven management of strategic procurement, including risk management and compliance.
- Take strategic responsibility for sourcing decisions in development projects to meet target costs, ensure technological competitiveness and readiness for series production.
- Lead the team both operationally and disciplinarily.
Was du mitbringst
- Completed technical or commercial basic education with further training at FH/HF level or equivalent (e.g., purchasing manager with federal certificate, SCM).
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement and supplier management in an industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge in compliance, risk, and sustainability management.
- Experience in a professional or disciplinary leadership role.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and matrix organizations.
- Very good German and good English skills.
