Tasks

  • Participate in buy- and sell-side M&A, IPO, and fundraising projects, supporting senior team members in daily deal execution.
  • Create and design financial valuation models using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities.
  • Perform industry research and market analysis and contribute to KPMG M&A publications.

Requirements

  • Master graduate with a major in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
  • Initial professional experience in M&A, Strategy Consulting, and/or Financial Accounting.
  • Analytically minded, solution-oriented, and demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Solid knowledge of the Swiss corporate and M&A landscape.
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
