Tasks
- Support application testing of a mobile laser scanner
- Field and lab testing
- Capture scan data under varying conditions (different kinematic scenarios and environments)
- Analyse the results for accuracy and quality
- Document findings
- Contribute to the overall validation process
Requirements
- Currently studying surveying, civil engineering, or a related discipline
- Interest in or familiarity with SLAM (Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping) technology
- Structured and analytical approach to data collection and evaluation
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Leica Geosystems laser scanning products is a plus
