Your tasks
- You manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, following global processes
- You coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings
- You update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, ensuring quality, traceability, and progress reporting
- You plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements
- You provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision-making, cost reduction, and standardization
- You contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement
- You apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
What you bring
- You have a technical background as technician, production engineer, or similar
- You bring relevant experience in an industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus
- You have strong experience with ERP systems and PLM; familiarity with Windchill is a plus
- You are familiar with project management tools and methods
- You work well in a team, communicate clearly, and use a structured, analytical approach
- You handle stress, take initiative, and support continuous improvement
- You are fluent in English and French
