Your tasks
- Act as the main communication partner for internal and external customers regarding diesel engines and hydraulic products
- Handle complaints and warranty claims efficiently
- Prepare and document 8D reports for customers
- Perform statistical analyses and evaluate field experience data across various construction machinery applications
- Approve technical statements for customers and prepare reports on product failure behavior
- Organize and monitor modification and retrofit actions at customer sites, including warehouses and in the field
- Coordinate and participate in regular customer meetings with sister plants and external customers
What you bring
- Completed commercial or technical studies, plus additional training as a technician or engineer in mechanics or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of German, and very good English and/or French skills
- Strong skills in MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong customer orientation and professional communication skills
- Good social competence, flexibility, reliability, and a responsible work attitude
