Join our growing Corporate Information Security Team in Bulle, Switzerland and help lead our cybersecurity consulting unit. As a leader, you guide teams, shape strategy, and deliver real value to our business and clients.
Your tasks
- Lead internal and external teams in the consulting unit
- Enable business value by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise
- Allocate specialists to projects as needed
- Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy
- Mentor and lead a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers
- Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations
- Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions for IT, OT, and Product Security
- Deliver risk assessments, security architecture reviews, and security solution designs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or business consulting
- 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in cybersecurity
- Preferred certifications: CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF, and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
- Deep knowledge of security technologies
- Customer and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Readiness for global travel
- English is required; German and French are a plus
