You lead the security of products and machines, making sure they stay safe and meet all important rules from start to finish. You set the direction for product security, work with teams to build security into every step, and keep products in line with EU and global regulations like the Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2.

• Define and lead the global product security strategy, roadmap, and execution for construction machines and digital products.
• Set product security controls, like secure coding, vulnerability management, and incident response, based on threat modeling and risk appetite.
• Act as the main contact for product security topics within Corporate Information Security and for internal and external customers.
• Create the product security governance framework, including policies, standards, and controls, and make sure it is used in R&D, engineering, and product lifecycle processes.
• Support and train engineering teams on security best practices.
• Make sure products follow EU Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, and other global regulations.
• Embed security-by-design into hardware, firmware, embedded software, and connected platforms.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of product security experts.
• Encourage teamwork with engineering and across information security groups.
