Your tasks
- Lead and manage the Claim Management team
- Ensure all warranty processes and procedures comply with service agreements for internal and external customers
- Monitor all KPIs and take action when needed
- Review requests for completeness and correctness according to contract requirements
- Prepare claims and forward them to the right internal departments
- Continuously monitor process indicators and resources, taking measures to reach targets
- Communicate professionally with customers about current quality issues
- Implement, monitor, and validate recall and retrofit actions at customers; validate supplier complaints before passing them to the relevant department
- Prepare cost planning for risk analysis and preventive measures
- Organize and moderate internal and customer meetings
What you bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology, plus additional training in Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience, strong product knowledge, and an interest in diagnostics
- Experience in an international company and matrix organization
- Excellent German skills and strong English and/or French skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
- High customer orientation, professional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
