Your tasks

  • Lead and manage the Claim Management team
  • Ensure all warranty processes and procedures comply with service agreements for internal and external customers
  • Monitor all KPIs and take action when needed
  • Review requests for completeness and correctness according to contract requirements
  • Prepare claims and forward them to the right internal departments
  • Continuously monitor process indicators and resources, taking measures to reach targets
  • Communicate professionally with customers about current quality issues
  • Implement, monitor, and validate recall and retrofit actions at customers; validate supplier complaints before passing them to the relevant department
  • Prepare cost planning for risk analysis and preventive measures
  • Organize and moderate internal and customer meetings

What you bring

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology, plus additional training in Business Administration
  • Several years of professional experience, strong product knowledge, and an interest in diagnostics
  • Experience in an international company and matrix organization
  • Excellent German skills and strong English and/or French skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
  • High customer orientation, professional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
