Your tasks
- Design and implement BI dashboards to automate reporting processes
- Develop new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business results
- Work closely with sales, product management, and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and align with business goals
- Support the sales team with ad hoc analyses and data-driven insights for decision-making
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
What you bring
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge (including functions and macros)
- Interest in reporting and data visualization tools
- Proactive in finding ways to streamline and automate reporting tasks
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good command of English; German or French is a plus
