Tasks

  • Develop and maintain a transparent cost allocation framework across two Business Units, ensuring financial transparency and consistency.
  • Analyze, document and challenge existing cost allocation keys, references and underlying assumptions to ensure transparency and business relevance.
  • Collaborate and discuss findings with relevant stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Support monthly closing activities and contribute to the preparation of management reports, ensuring accurate and insightful financial information for decision-making.
  • Actively contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and supporting business planning activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Controlling processes, tools and reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.
  • You are proactive, curious and eager to challenge existing processes in a constructive manner.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the interest to collaborate with different departments.
  • You are fluent in French or German and have a good command of English.
