Your tasks
- Support the Talent Management team with projects, including coordinating training and development for employees and managers.
- Prepare presentations, communications, and reports on HR topics to help with decision-making and internal communication.
- Take part in diverse projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Help the HR Business Partnering team with daily administration for the employee lifecycle.
- Be a key contact for employees and managers for HR questions and support.
What you bring
- You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing, or a similar field.
- You have excellent English skills; French is a plus.
- You are excited about working in human resources and can join us for 12 months.
- You have strong communication and writing skills.
- You are comfortable with MS Office and can quickly learn new digital tools and systems.
- You are proactive, organized, collaborative, positive, and creative in solving problems.
