Tasks

  • Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferable).
  • Perform functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work.
  • Maintain records of maintenance services and repairs.
  • Execute manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and making recommendations for resolution.
  • Eliminate faults in the systems.
  • Open and track malfunction reports.
  • Drive continuous improvements.
  • Cooperate, advise, and support the Plant Engineering department.
  • Coordinate work processes in consultation with team leaders.
  • Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365.

Requirements

  • Completed EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.).
  • Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings.
  • Very good knowledge of German is essential; English is an advantage.
  • Independent and precise way of working.
  • Customer-oriented and open to new ideas.
  • Very good knowledge of English is essential; German is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in 3-shifts pattern, including Saturdays.
  • Willing to be part of on call duty.
