Tasks
- Lead Migros Online with clear direction and entrepreneurial drive across multiple locations in the German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland
- Develop the business further: Greater everyday relevance, high shopping frequency, a strong assortment, freshness and a shopping experience that delights customers
- Further develop fulfillment, logistics and last mile — simple, reliable, scalable and economically strong
- Expand digital strength: Use Product, Data, automation, personalization and agile software development to advance customer experience, growth, efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
- Multiple years of experience
- Responsibility for a business or business unit in the field of e-commerce, food retail, and/or online logistics
- Strong leadership experience across multiple levels, locations and functions
- Strong digital competence: You have experienced or helped shape agile software development, Product teams, data-driven steering and automation
- Startup mindset and entrepreneurial way of thinking: You feel at home in a dynamic online environment, act pragmatically, non-politically and solution-oriented, and have a real drive to make things happen
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Humour, passion, positive energy and the ability to give people direction, trust and appetite for more
- Languages: German, English, French
