Your tasks
- Lead machine learning projects, using techniques like regression, classification, and time-series forecasting to solve business problems in product development and advanced analytics.
- Prepare complex datasets by cleaning, transforming, and structuring data for robust modeling and analysis.
- Work closely with domain experts and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver impactful data science solutions that meet business needs.
- Deploy and manage models in production environments, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and high-performing using platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Monitor and optimize model performance for accuracy and robustness over time.
- Translate data insights into clear visualizations and structured stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you bring
- Advanced degree (MSc or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data science, especially in Life Sciences, Food, or Academia, using agile development practices.
- Proven experience building and deploying predictive models in production.
- Hands-on expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and statistical methods including Design of Experiments.
- Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON) and data visualization tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and Streamlit.
- Proficiency with cloud and data platforms including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL databases.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly autonomous, self-driven, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
