Your tasks
- Lead medium-sized R&D projects for Adult & Maternal nutrition from concept to delivery.
- Drive projects using the I2L framework, Nestlé Continuous Excellence, and Health & Wellness initiatives.
- Work closely with business, operations, and technical teams to meet project goals.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Make sure products and processes meet quality, cost, and time targets.
- Support decision-making with clear recommendations and data-driven insights.
- Develop and coach team members to build strong project skills.
- Engage stakeholders for alignment and timely decisions.
- Use expert networks and external partners to speed up innovation.
What you bring
- Master's degree in food science, engineering, or a related scientific field.
- At least 5 years of R&D experience, including 3 years in project management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Good understanding of I2L processes and product briefing practices.
- Experience with regulatory, quality, costing, and intellectual property topics.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
