Join a leading R&D team focused on coffee and beverage products for global markets. In this role, you support packaging projects by analyzing and improving materials used in coffee capsules and pods, helping to deliver moments of genuine pleasure to consumers worldwide.
Your tasks
- Use material characterization methods to define packaging properties and specifications for capsules and pods
- Propose new ideas for materials, design, and testing with the methods team
- Build, document, and share material knowledge across packaging teams
- Support digital transformation of characterization processes to speed up development
- Set up Design of Experiments to meet project goals
- Support Project Managers and deliver results on time
- Present methods and results clearly to stakeholders and visitors
- Support internal and external networks to secure IP, transfer knowledge, and follow safety, health, and environment rules
What you bring
- Master's degree in Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working in an R&D environment
- Skilled in 3D CAD and Finite Element Analysis tools
- Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal material properties
- Comfortable with digital tools, including AI and programming in Python
- Innovative mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
- Good spoken and written English
