You help employees understand important information quickly and clearly. You create and share messages in many ways so everyone knows what is happening in the company.
Your tasks
- Publish and share company and HR materials like newsletters, brochures, handbooks, and benefits information using print, online, or electronic tools
- Make sure company projects and news are shared with all employees
- Work on communications tasks using your knowledge of different communication methods
- Build and improve the internal communications strategy with senior managers
- Keep communication messages the same across all channels and departments
- Support English communications for all markets so messages are clear and match the company’s style
- Work with corporate communications to set the company voice and share it in all regions
- Give presentations at company events
- Be part of project teams to share about employee communication and keep others informed
- Lead global training programs and manage the global learning platform (Cornerstone)
- Create and share global E-Learning courses with different teams
- Help other departments with training topics
What you bring
- University degree, preferably in Communications or Human Resources
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources in an international setting, with at least 1 year in Corporate Communications
- Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level)
- Professional experience with Cornerstone
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good people skills to talk with all staff levels
- Can manage many tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Very organized and pays close attention to detail
