You help connect IT and OT teams to make sure deployments go smoothly. You work with different teams to plan, organize, and support projects from start to finish. You check everything is ready before going live and make sure everyone is set for a successful launch.
Your tasks
- Act as the link between IT and OT teams to prepare and run deployments
- Coordinate IT tasks like network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, and Active Directory with regional and local teams
- Check all requirements before go-live, including IPs, firewall rules, backups, and licenses
- Support project managers and experts with cutover planning and execution
- Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows
- Handle escalations and help decide GO/NO-GO
- Make sure all documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing are updated
- Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up
- Help with a smooth handover to operations and support teams
- Manage, guide, and coordinate IT for OT coordinators in other regions (RAP & RAM)
- Harmonize work methods and deployment processes across regions
What you bring
- Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and working with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with ITSM practices
- Good knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and Ethernet/IP
- Skills in troubleshooting network, security, and platform layers
- Ready to travel up to 40%
