Tasks
- Execute processes, machine troubleshooting, and process validation within polymer processing or related manufacturing technologies.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Material Science background or an apprenticeship in polymer processing or automation.
- 6+ years of industry experience with a solid track record in process execution, machine troubleshooting, and process validation within polymer processing or related manufacturing technologies.
- Practical experience executing experiments, handling machine parameters, and performing on-site troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, ability to understand wiring schematics, and experience wiring electrical components is a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and work systematically using data-driven approaches.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 20% for equipment deployment and site support.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
