As a Client Relationship Officer in the Zurich office, you will be part of the German Speaking Switzerland Team and serve as the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients.
Tasks
- Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, considering local regulatory specificities
- Secure strict follow-up of documentation, such as pending items, middle office and R&C lists
- Assist documentation flows, including archiving and processing physical and electronic forms
- Procure KYC information and update complementary documents in the systems
- Process workflow requests in the systems, including client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, and pricing exceptions
- Coordinate closely with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve risk and compliance matters
- Adjust to all existing policies and directives and support the implementation of new ones as needed
- Edit payments and stock exchange orders, ensuring call backs are systematically performed
- Build close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Support assistance with administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or similar relevant qualification
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar function
- Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
- Understand client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager
- Familiar with regulatory dimensions such as cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task
- Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset
- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently
- Must be resident in Switzerland
