Your tasks

  • Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations following FAA rules and approved procedures
  • Lead, guide, and train Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and junior personnel
  • Oversee work orders, maintenance records, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance
  • Carry out aircraft operational checks, ground runs, and IFR certifications as needed
  • Provide technical support for technicians, customers, and internal departments on complex maintenance and troubleshooting issues
  • Support root cause analysis, technical research, and process improvements to boost safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with Quality, Parts, and other departments to keep workflow smooth and meet delivery schedules
  • Complete maintenance records, parts documentation, timecards, and regulatory paperwork accurately
  • Maintain shop safety standards, tool control, and ground support equipment
  • Support off-site maintenance activities and other operational needs as required

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on PC-12, PC-24, or similar aircraft preferred
  • 2 years of experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment preferred
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required; Inspection Authorization preferred
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and able to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, maintenance documents, and illustrated parts catalogs
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems such as airframes, engines, hydraulics, avionics, and electrical systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Experience with aircraft operational checks, ground runs, and IFR certifications preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality and regulatory compliance
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced maintenance setting and support operational priorities
