A career within the Deals Financial Services team with a focus on Strategy & Operations provides the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges. The team focuses on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion, including pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support for complex divestitures and separations across a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas. The team pursues and strengthens capabilities with AI solutions to provide outstanding services efficiently.
Tasks
- Utilize AI tools to support the Deals and Transformation teams in delivering services.
- Focus on clients in the financial service industry, particularly large insurance companies, collaborating closely with the US network and colleagues.
- Assist clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations.
- Collaborate with Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, requiring experience in managing complex project structures across various regions.
- Contribute to the rapidly expanding deals practice, leveraging AI-based tools effectively.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree related to business administration or similar.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally acquired in the industry or at consulting firms like Big4.
- Proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools in previous roles to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
- Experience in M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs in the financial services industry, particularly insurance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
- Project management expertise and ability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
