Tasks
- Lead audits for clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Responsible for integrated and statutory audits of companies preparing financial statements in accordance with Swiss law.
- Responsible for audits of private companies preparing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage audits of non-financial reports, such as ESG audits.
- Prepare the audit file for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.
- Develop new and extend existing relationships with clients and actively support clients in technical accounting matters.
- Take responsibility for your own flexibility and development.
Requirements
- Currently Manager with more than 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Big 4 company.
- Technically strong with excellent working knowledge of Swiss GAAP.
- Hold a CPA qualification or an equivalent certification.
- Experience in managing large, multi-location audits and highly effective in day-to-day management of clients and network PwC firms within the region.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management at local, regional, and corporate levels.
- Team player with the ability to report upwards to Partners.
- Excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills.
