Support supplier qualification and monitoring across all sites and platforms, and contribute to product certification and continuous improvement projects. This internship is ideal for candidates with a background in life sciences or related fields, strong organisational skills, and an interest in technical processes.
Tasks
- Support the qualification and monitoring of suppliers across all sites, indications, and platforms, including small molecules, biologic, and medical devices.
- Create Direct Material Specifications and certify products.
- Support the preparation of global material specifications and certificates.
- Assist with stakeholder-related projects such as the reduced testing programme.
- Support the Certification Team by establishing product-relevant certifications.
- Support the DMM Team in continuous improvement projects.
- Receive assignments for internal and global tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university, preferably in life sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy), data science, or another degree, or completed studies within the last 12 months prior to the start date.
- Seeking a 12-month internship in the pharmaceutical industry and interested in experiencing a modern working environment.
- For Non-EU/EFTA citizens: must provide a mandatory letter from your university stating that a 12-month internship is mandatory for your studies, along with your enrolment certificate.
- Interest in technical processes and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to coordinate demanding workloads, with the ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work effectively and independently within a diverse group of people.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Very good English skills required; good German skills desirable.
