Join the Central Data & Analytics Team in Zürich and help turn business needs into data and analytics solutions. You work with stakeholders to find data-driven opportunities, define what is needed, and support analytics projects.
Your tasks
- Analyze and turn business needs into requirements for data and analytics solutions, including making data models.
- Lead workshops and talk with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data use cases.
- Plan and deliver data and analytics projects, making sure business goals and technical work fit together.
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to make sure requirements are met.
- Lead and manage internal data and analytics projects, keeping objectives, timelines, and stakeholders on track.
- Organize and run agile meetings like sprint planning, reviews, and backlog updates. Track progress and manage risks and dependencies.
- Help improve how the team delivers, gathers requirements, and works together across the Data & Analytics group.
What you bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Several years working in business analysis, requirements engineering, or leading projects in data, analytics, or digital change.
- Good understanding of data and analytics systems (data platforms, BI tools, data pipelines, reporting) and experience turning business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional work.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to work with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile or mixed project environments.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
