Your tasks
- Analyze customer data to find trends, patterns, and useful insights
- Support surveys, collect feedback, and help with qualitative and sentiment analysis
- Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations for others
- Help teams use customer insight resources more often and effectively
- Work with different teams to connect business needs with customer insights
- Support projects that improve customer experience and commercial effectiveness
- Contribute to developing key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Assist with market research, reporting, and business analysis tasks as needed
What you bring
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Good Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Ability to turn data into simple, clear, and useful recommendations
- Structured thinking and strong attention to detail
- Curious and interested in customers and markets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with many people
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
- Valid Swiss work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
