As part of the Global Product Conformity organization, you help put the Product Conformity Management System (PCMS) into action. You align conformity goals with business processes through clear project work and support the journey towards more effective and safe product management. Your tasks

  • Keep and improve the structure of the Product Conformity Management System (PCMS) for clear links between rules, controls, and business processes
  • Lead and carry out projects across different teams to reduce product conformity risks
  • Turn complex rules and standards into simple, clear policies, standards, and guidelines that fit daily work
  • Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for important business processes and give regular reports on product conformity
  • Analyze and give expert advice when rules are unclear or new rules are not fully in place
  • Create and update tools and frameworks to help make decisions on special cases, making sure there is fairness and consistency worldwide
  • Find and put in place ways to improve governance, documentation, and system controls to grow the organization’s maturity
  • Help match global governance needs with local business actions by supporting technical advisors and knowledge teams

What you bring

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a similar technical field
  • Experience leading and managing complex projects with different teams in an international organization
  • Understanding of or strong interest in governance frameworks and ISO-based management systems
  • Professional English skills, both spoken and written; other languages, especially EU languages, are a plus
  • Skilled at using good judgment and giving clear reasons in situations where rules are not clear
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex legal or technical rules into practical, simple business processes
  • Motivation to build and improve frameworks that support long-term compliance and safety
  • Experience with writing documentation, especially policies, business processes, or instructions
  • Preferred: Knowledge of products and markets similar to Sika’s
