Your tasks
- Lead SAP TM programs from start to finish and ensure successful rollout and completion.
- Create solid project plans with clear milestones and deliverables, managing risks and issues along the way.
- Keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track.
- Shape digitalization projects and turn ideas into solutions that make business processes better.
- Guide and coordinate work across different teams, making sure everyone works toward the same goals and uses resources well.
- Manage the full service relationship between Sika, service partners, and the central SAP team.
- Ensure clear communication and risk management throughout all projects.
- Keep everyone informed and involved, especially senior stakeholders, and make sure solutions last.
- Follow strict change, quality, and risk management in all projects to avoid problems and keep standards high.
What you bring
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager in SAP.
- Background in SAP implementations and rollout projects, especially in Logistics or Transportation Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all organization levels.
- Value-driven mindset, able to handle complex situations.
- Empathy, resilience, and ability to take responsibility in demanding situations.
- Willingness to travel often.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work one day per week from home.
