Your tasks
- Lead SAP TM projects from start to finish, managing all phases and ensuring success
- Create and oversee project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for each project
- Drive digitalization initiatives and turn ideas into solutions that improve business processes
- Coordinate work across different teams, making sure everyone is aligned and resources are used well
- Manage relationships and communication between Sika, SI partners, and the Central SAP template team
- Ensure transparency and strong risk management throughout all projects
- Keep senior stakeholders informed and make sure solutions are sustainable
- Take a hands-on approach with the SAP TM suite
- Make sure change, quality, and risk management are always followed
What you bring
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in SAP Transportation Management
- Experience with all phases of SAP TM implementation, from planning to go-live and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP TM features, cutover tasks, and business activities for successful rollouts
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both spoken and written
- Empathy, resilience, and responsibility in demanding situations
- Ready to travel as needed
- Fluent in English; German skills are a big advantage
